In early 2003 I was having problems speaking. I was diagnosed with severe acid reflux. My PI LowBoy helped with the reflux and my snoring subsided since then. Recently, my ENT physician has told me that my reflux has gone away. I did this without any medication and refraining from using dairy products. I do not sleep well when travelling without my pillow.

With my pillow, I feel more rested and my wife says she has a new man!

I am an opera singer and was diagnosed with acid reflux 6 years ago.  My doctor told me to elevate the head of my bed, but that never worked for me.  While surfing the internet I discovered this website and bought the original Comfort Lift Pillow I.  It was amazing!  I was finally able to sleep soundly at night knowing the acid wouldn't burn my vocal cords.  What a wonderful feeling that was.  I purchased that pillow back in 1999 and it's still in fantastic shape.  I'm moving in the near future and that pillow will stay in my parents house for visits.  I bought the Ultimate Adjustible pillow for my new home and can't wait to use it.  Thanks for your wonderful invention!  It has certainly changed my life.

Last October, I had a shoulder replacement. When I learned that after surgery that I would have to sleep propped up on pillows, I went to the Internet to find one pillow instead of the four or five I was using. Somebody told me that I wouldn't be able to sleep much tilted up on my back for several days after I got home from the hospital . Since I also had GERD I would continue using whatever pillow I bought.

So I got a Comfort Lift "ultimate adjustable" pillow, because I couldn't tell which tilt would actually work. I put the whole pillow on my bed and slept on it before the surgery. I found it very comfortable but a little high. So I adjusted it by not using the second pillow [Without our 3" adjusting base pillow].

When I came home from the hospital I had a lot of pain, but the bed was very comfortable with that pillow, and I slept fine the first night. I am still sleeping on it as my shoulder recovers and it does seem to help the GERD.

At first I had a hard time getting used to the pillow.  So I decided to use my own feather pillow on top of the reflux pillow.  It made a huge difference for me!!!  I've been using the pillow for over three months now and not only has it helped with reflux, it has helped my neck feel better.  I used to wake up regularly with a stiff neck and shoulder pain, but since I've been using the reflux pillow -- it's gone!!  I appreciate the pillow and also the recommendation of Dr. Wright's book.  It has been very helpful!!  Thank you.

I just wanted to pass along my thanks for the great results I've had with the "Comfort Lift Pillow II" in eliminating my snoring.  I was very sceptical about the purchase, but also desparate. My wife was unable to sleep in our bedroom because my snoring kept her awake, and although I was able to sleep "soundly", I also was not getting well rested either.  The pillow seemed a lot more logical to me than nasal sprays, mouth guards or head straps, so I gave it a shot.

The very first night I slept with the new Comfort Lift Pillow II, the snoring was completely gone. My wife slept great and so did I.  It has now been one full week without any snoring at all.  My wife and I are both sleeping much better and agree, it was probably the best hundred dollars I've ever spent.   Thank You !!

Dear Mr. Rubio...

I just wanted to write and tell you how impressed I was with your Pl Standard Pillow. In 2001 I was diagnosed with a form of connective tissue disease which impaired my normal breathing...It was so bad, that at one time, I was forced to sleep sitting straight up in order to breath freely.

You see, the intercostal muscles between my ribs had broken down substantially as a result of the disease. Because of this, my rib cage did not expand normally to accommodate "full-to-capacity" lungs. This type of atrophy caused my lungs to "get used to" functioning on less air...which resulted in collapsed alveoli...(the air sacks at the outer edges of both lungs.)

I've been on heavy steroid therapy since 2001 to correct the problem and it has taken almost two years to get back to breathing normally.

The VERY first time that I tried your pillow, (and unfortunately, it was a loaner...) the raised spinal support portion of the pillow forced expansion of my rib cage in such a way, that for the first time in 2 years I was able to take a deeply satisfying breath. It was incredible! Because of the comfort of breathing deeply, I was also able to lie relatively flat on my back...the way I used to sleep before the problem began.

I can't wait to get my own pillow...I tried the one that you sent mom, but she's given it to someone else who needs it more than I do. I just wanted you to know that I truly am excited about the prospect of owning one and I believe that I will be able to sleep more comfortably now than I have in 2 years.

Your Comfort Lift Pillows are marvelous! As one who suffers from GERD, I was desperate to find noninvasive, side-effect free modalities of treatment. I am happy to report that I seem to have succeeded in doing so. Even though the homeopathic and herbal remedies I take alleviate my symptoms of acid stomach and heartburn, they do not entirely stop me from having episodes of reflux at night. Only sleeping on your pillows has done that. I have both the Pillow Lift II and the Ultimate Adjustable. We travel a lot and I wouldn't go anywhere without one because propping up regular pillows does not do the trick. The Pillow Lift II can be compressed into a suitcase. I am so grateful not to be afraid anymore to lay down my weary head at night!

An unexpected bonus to having these pillows is that my husband, who does not suffer from GERD, but is a house-rattling snorer, no longer does since he began sleeping on the Pillow Lift II. Anyone who is the partner of such a person, knows how truly miraculous that is!

Because I have every reason to believe that others will have such great results, I have already started telling people about your products.

I just want to thank the makers of the acid reflux pillow, I do not have acid reflux, but I used it for my pregnancy. It worked wonders!!!! I was not able to sleep on my back and this pillow allowed me to do just that. The way the pillow was made I could sit up and fall asleep at a slant. It also helped me breathe when I couldn't during those months of pregnancy. It also helped me maintain my posture and help when my back hurt. Thanks!!!!

I really enjoy my PII pillow over what I had before, and I've had several other brands! The head and neck support really did the trick and I sleep very well now.

Just wanted you to know that we got the pillow we ordered from you and IT IS GREAT!!! My husband has MULTIPLE health problems, fortunately, acid reflux is not one of them. He has bone spurs and severe arthritis on his spine & shoulders. He had gotten to the point where he could not even sleep in the bed all night. We came across your site on the net, he looked at the pillow and said, "That's the pillow I need!" (Also, he's had the flu for about 3 weeks and couldn't breathe lying down.) I wanted to give a special Thank You to the makers of the acid reflux pillow (Pregnancy Pillow). I was given a reflux pillow as a gift during my recent pregnancy with twins. As most women know along with pregnancy comes heartburn,breathing problems, sleep deprivation, back aches, etc... Just to name a few. The fact that I was giving birth to two was even worse. I gained a considerable amount of weight which only added to my discomforts. Thanks to the pillow It not only elevated most my symptoms, but allowed me to be in true comfort especially in the last months of pregnancy when I was bedridden for most of the time. I truly believe the reflux pillow had a factor in allowing me to carry my twins to full term. 38 weeks.

I am writing about your Acid Reflux Pillow I (Pregnancy Pillow). I want to say that I used your Pillow I, during my pregnancy and afterwards. During the end of my pregnancy, there was a time that I could not sleep comfortably without lots of pillows. When I used your pillow, I found that it was the only one that provided any comfort at all. It kept me elevated so that I could breathe better, as the baby's weight on my diaphragm constricted my breathing. During my delivery, I had epidural anesthesia. When the anesthesiologist injected the medication into my spine, air bubbles entered my spine unexpectedly. This, unfortunately, caused me very significant discomfort and I was not able to get comfortable with the pain in my lower spine and shoulders. What was also of significant discomfort to me, was the fact, that I breastfed my baby. This caused a lot of pain and discomfort to my back also. When I tried the Acid Reflux Pillow I, for this discomfort, it worked miracles for the discomfort I had, while breastfeeding my baby. I was able to sleep and breastfeed in the best of comfort. Thank you so much for this invention.!! It's the greatest!! I recommend the pillow to pregnant women and for post-partum comfort.
