What can you do to help your Barrett's Esophagus from getting worse?

In August, 2005 I was diagnosed with Barrett's Esophagus. In September, 2005 I found the Positional Therapy Pillow on the internet. After reading about it I decided to try it. It is a very comfortable pillow - much more than the cheaper ones I had tried before and was unable to use them. My acid reflux improved tremendously. I continued on my prescription medicine since I was told by my doctor that Barrett's Esophagus was incurable and would eventually turn into cancer if precautions were not taken to stop the acid reflux. When I returned in 2008 to have my endoscopy procedure done, I was amazed. The report read "DID NOT show any current evidence of Barrett's Esophagus". The Barrett's is incurable; however, the disease was so improved in my esophagus that it did not show up in the test. I was thrilled!! The pillow together with my prescription is credited with the results. I am convinced the pillow played the biggest part since my prescription had not helped that much before I began using the pillow. Today I ordered my second Positional Therapy Pillow as my first one is almost worn out. I would suggest anyone with acid reflux to order the pillow. You can buy a cheaper pillow, but you will not find one as effective and comfortable.
